Loretta is an excellent sales&marketing specialist and has about 30 years' experience in this industry. She is hard working, dedicated, professional, honest, patient and provides great service to the clients. I would like to recommend Loretta to anyone looking to sell their home.
Knows the market very well in the area our investment properties were located, easy to deal with and goes the extra mile to keep both seller and buyer happy.
Loretta was terrific in helping us sell our apartment from interstate. She guided us through the process seamlessly. We appreciate her market expertise and her firm and fair manner with negotiations. We highly recommend Loretta.
Loretta's market knowledge was incredible, she got us an exceptional offer on our apartment in a matter of days. She sold the apartment off market which saved us a great deal of marketing fees. She offered us great advice and was always available as well as very professional. I would highly recommend Loretta to anyone seeking an agent in Ascot.
Loretta was a pleasure to work with on the purchase of my first property. Loretta was very helpful and responsive to all of my queries, and was accommodating in arranging all inspections. The post-signing processes (eg. payment of deposit, organising a time for building and pest, etc) were also seamless.
Loretta made the purchasing process simple. She was across the property details and the market more generally, and was honest, open and easy to communicate with.
After searching for a property for over a year, we were so pleased to finally purchase one through Loretta. From beginning to end Loretta was constantly in contact, keeping us up to date on the process, advising us & answering any questions we had. She took the nervousness out of purchasing a property, and really supported us with our property goals. We know for certain we will use Loretta for any future property needs. 10/10 service!
Loretta knows the market in this area very well and is well known. Our investment unit was under offer within a couple of weeks from being on the market. She has excellent communication skills and is a very friendly & easy person to deal with.
Loretta is certainly recommended for the Ascot/Hamilton area. She is extremely hardworking and on the ball.
Loretta was a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable And professional in advising us on the process and market.
My elderly mother has been looking for a unit in the Ascot/Clayfield area for approximately two years. During this time we have viewed properties that Loretta was selling. We always found her to be patient, courteous and friendly. Earlier this month Loretta had her first viewing of a unit at Ascot. Finally mum had found the unit she was looking for. During the contract and negotiation phase, Loretta has been helpful and made the whole process less stressful for us all. We would recommend Loretta if we were selling a property.
