From the outset, Loretta was honest and upfront about the market and my circumstances, and remained transparent throughout the process. We faced many obstacles - crashed contracts, difficult buyers, non-responsive Strata Bodies, not to mention selling in the middle of a pandemic. And Loretta managed all of this with the upmost competence. The fees that were charged were completely reasonable. T amount of work Loretta put in, commission could have doubled.
