Louis has a good knowledge of property market. He has given me all the information I required, given me an option to tick the boxes as per my requirements. He is very friendly and responsive. So far as negotiation, I couldn't reduce the prices as I wanted, however the prices he has offered me was a realistic that is why I accepted.
