It was great to mert such an inspiring person Excellent communication that made me feel that he is here just for me He put a lot for his job I can see that He is fair honest credible If you want to sell your property don't hesitate to make him his agent you will get better selling chances with probably 5-10 %price higher than your expectations You can blame me if this is not true
Louis was fantastic when selling our house. He was very informed and willing to assist all the time. There was never any pressure from him to sell if it didn't suit us. I highly recommend him.
I was explained the process from the outset. Both Shelley/Louis kept regular communication ie with every inspection and proceedings. They were also very knowledgeable regarding the market. This meant I had trust in them as professionals but also as people (key ingredient in dealing with people). I was reassured when the auction did not go as planned and as such never felt rushed or distrusting.I would have no reservation whatsoever in recommending Louis/Brad Teal.
Louis was helpful, friendly, approachable and generally made the pre-auction house inspection very easy, followed up on our interst without being too pushy, and set the right tone of friendlieness and business on the day of auction. We met him initially at a Barry Plant auctioned. He made the time to see us the same day at the office . Went through some of the properties that met our criteria . Was prompt and very helpful . Will use him again when we are ready to buy the next property .
