Very skilled at helping the customer with the paperwork ,knows her market very well demonstrated great knowledge of the house absolute pleasure to deal with in person and on the phone always has time for the customer . One of a few people that will sit and do your offer with the agent and makes you feel like the most important person there is you’re not just a number the buyer and the seller - nothing seem to be too much of a trouble and all questions were valid. She beautifully decorated and staged my home and even went above and beyond by vacuuming, polishing, using the pet hair roller and steam iron and the outdoor blower and weeding the garden! Each room was presented beautifully like a display home! I never could have done that on my own. Louise worked tirelessly to get everything perfect, sometimes staying at my house until midnight preparing for a home open. Her dedication, attention to detail and hard work were exceptional.
