For me it was a no brainer to sell with Wilson’s. I have known Lucas for a number of years and really like the fact that this company has been around for a long time, it’s a family business and after meeting the whole team I could tell that they shared my family values. Lucas and his team were not only patient and understanding of my hesitation of selling my first family home, they answered every phone call, email, text and random question I had. The thing that brought tears to my eyes was when I got a call from Lucas explaining that they had received an offer of our asking price before our home photos were even on the internet! This to me meant they had done their homework, put the feelers out and made our sale so much easier than it might have been. The only thing I had to do was put my trust in Lucas that he is the professional in this domain and go with the flow! And what an experience it was! Pain free and profitable - what more could you ask for?
