We left the entire process of selling our home to Lucas. He knew we didn't want to be harassed and pressured about changing our price and hearing potential buyers comments, unrealistic offers etc and he respected that decision all the way through. He still kept us fully briefed and adhered to our requests and wishes right up to the day of changeover.
