This was my first experience of selling my home. My home was a town house which for the last 6 years I had rented out. I have another home in Katherine NT which the previous year I had tried to sell, albeit unsuccessfully. From the very start I appreciated Lucy for her enthusiasm, honesty and her ability to understand my situation; that being, living in the NT I had to rely on her to be my eyes and ears and to honestly inform me as to what would help secure me a sale. Lucy was great, she was very helpful to the point of driving out of her way to dropping off keys so that my sister could access the garden to give it a tidy, and to unlocking the mailbox so that the body corporate could paint the mailboxes etc. She advised me to paint my town house and get it re-carpeted, and when I suggested styling, she provided me with a wonderful stylist which was not overpriced. She was very organized getting me quotes and always answered emails and returned phone calls. As to the actual sale, I was kept well informed as to all the open houses, how many people had been through, and their level of interest. She listened to what I hoped to get for the property and kept me realistically informed as to what other properties in the area were bringing. Basically, she made what is a stressful time as pleasant as it could be. I have no problems giving Lucy 5 stars!

In a complicated sale with me being overseas, Lucy made the process easy and fun. She got us a very good result and was very easy to communicate with. She has a good eye for detail and got the job done for us. Thanks Licy
