About Lucy

An energetic high achiever with over 10 years’ experience in finance, business, property and investment, Lucy Gibson is a valuable addition to Caporn Young’s Fremantle team. Lucy is a devoted and active member of the Fremantle community, having resided South Fremantle with her family since 2010. Originally from Lilliput England, Lucy first studied in Oxford, where she completed a B.Sc. in Sports Science and Nutrition. A strong interest in business and finance soon led her to work in the fast-paced, quick-thinking world of stockbroking in London. Initially working as a compliance analyst at Christows, she was soon headhunted by Schroeder’s investment bank, where she thrived on the high-energy environment around her for another five years. A new work posting for her husband found her in Sakhalin Island in Siberia for three years. Not one to sit still, she turned what could have been a benign passage of time for many into an opportunity to set up a highly successful procurement business in the area of Oil and Gas, with multi-national oil companies and contracting companies amongst her clients. Lucy relocated to Australia with her husband and two children in 2010. With an unwavering interest in property, and a strong desire to stay abreast of the of the West Australian market, she set up a thriving property investment club, which is still active today. Since her welcomed arrival at Caporn Young, Lucy has successfully sold many properties and has a reputation for her excellent client service, initiative, attention to details, and passion to both sell property and analyse the market.
