Luis is one of a kind, incredible!

Luis made it so easy. He has a great sense of humour and amazing industry knowledge. He was flexible with viewing times, incredibly accomodating, and anything we discovered that needed fixing or sorting, it got done. Super helpful and on the day of giving me the key to my new home, he hand delivered it with a bottle of champagne and chocolates, unbelievable!
