Bonnie was efficient, always easily contactable and bent over backwards to facilitate the transaction which was complicated by my overseas holiday and an alteration to the settlement date requested by me to accomodate a more agreeable interest rate. And he achieved that without putting me or the other interested buyers under pressure. He was calm, patient and professional at all times, from the very first phone call until the after settlement. I was unable to come to the property when he went to stick the SOLD sign on, so he offered to facetime me and give me a little celebratory tour.
