My Review of Luke.

I had never sold a property before and had no idea who to turn to. To say there was some trepidation about how to proceed is an understatement. A mutual acquaintance suggested I contact Luke. After our first meeting much of my worry had disappeared. Subsequent meetings put my worries to rest. Luke explained what needed to be done; I gave him the relevant paperwork and that was it, he did the rest. He kept me informed during the marketing of the property, promptly answering any questions I had. I will be making use of Luke's services in the near future, knowing full well it will be a stress-free experience. I have reached the conclusion that Luke doesn't sleep.
