Lyn was always up front when we were discussing strategy changes in relation to marketing and Open Home viewings and effected these changes immediately and this allowed the process to proceed in a seamless manner. On a couple of occasions during the process when we had doubts regarding the sale of our home, Lyn reassured us and we quickly put those doubts behind us and proceeded to the successful sale of our home.
