We had a good overall experience with Jason Yang and his Team of professionals. The expectations for the sale were set a little higher than the final outcome due to our initial discussions with Jason however, the end result was reasonable. There were some communication issues and a delay in getting the sale process started due to a delay in finalising the sales contract. This was an issue as we had some time constraints for the sale of the property. This was most likely due to Jason being very busy handling a number of property sales at the same time. What I liked most about Jason was a level of respect given to us that is not always the case when dealing with agents plus it was obvious that he was respected by his Team and also other stakeholders in the process eg: the auctioneer, building inspector who he recommended and the solicitor who he also recommeded (who by-the-way, was excellent!) Overall, would I use Jason again? A definite Yes. Thanks Jason 👍🙏.
