Lyn Shelton is an excellent agent and I would recommend her highly to anyone wanting to sell in the NE corridor. She is a very friendly and pleasant person to deal with. She is very experienced and knowledgeable and acted with complete professionalism throughout. She kept us fully informed of all developments with respect to the property, both verbally and through weekly reports and always made plenty of time in person and on the phone to answer questions. The sale board and internet were updated promptly - Lyn even wheeled the bins in if she was passing on collection day!

Lynette was a wonderful agent, always let me know what was happening with the selling of the unit, was always available to answer any questions that I had and always returned my telephone calls. My unit was sold for a price that exceeded my expectation and I owe that to Lynette who drove to the clients homes for offer signatures in terrible weather. Having sold a couple of homes I have never had an agent as reliable, courteous and accessible - thank you Lynette.

As I am 91 years old the pending sale and moving has been quite an experience, however both myself and my family have been delighted with the level of service and support provided by Lynette. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Prior to auction day, I visited the property I purchased on two previous occasions. The first I was able to visit on a Thursday evening and then the following Saturday. Lynette Shelton was present at these viewings and projected a very strong commitment to responding to my numerous questions and inquiries. She even sent me the section 32 later on that first evening. I am not especially familiar except in general terms with the property location but Lynette was able to fill in some useful background information about the area such as proximity to transport, shops and overall amenity. An alternative property that was coming onto the market shortly was also drawn to my attention for possible consideration, and I was able to look at the outside and keep that as a possibility. On the second visit I had more questions and also some critical observations about a few things that clearly need some repair or attention which she received without being defensive. I asked her to follow up on a couple more matters including flexibility on settlement and another which she competently did. On the day of the auction she and other colleagues from Ray White were very open when it came to negotiation after the property was passed in. I have not had such a pleasant property transaction experience before although at no time do I think that the agents were not acting in the best interests of the vendor as well. That is a very strong commendation. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism of the agency as a whole and felt that Lynette would treat other clients in a similar fashion, with honesty, integrity and a friendly disposition.
