I would have to say that Madi Willis went above and beyond during every aspect of the list and sale of my property. She provided thorough knowledge of sales in the area which helped me fix a price to meet the market. She was able to see the strengths in the property, as I did, which I knew would help her find the right buyer. During the contract period she communicated at every milestone to ensure I was kept in the loop. Her manner was always optimistic and professional. I do not hesitate in recommending her as a suitable Real Estate Professional for either your next purchase or property sale.

Thanks Madi for all your help and for making it a smooth journey . Would use your services again. Mk&Me

Friendly, professional and happy to help. Fantastic agent. Would 100% recommend.

We’ve recently bought our new home with Madi and Melina - our search was long and we met the ‘typical’ real wastage agents along the way. But these ladies have been a breath of fresh air! Always so happy on the phone, very accomodating to meet our needs esp for outside of open home inspections. We are very happy buyers but would definitely utilize these ladies if we were looking at selling also! Very very happy!! ❤️

Madi was highly professional from the start, she kept us up to date regularly. Madi did an awesome job in selling our home quickly. I will definitely be recommending Madi from Fixed Price Realty to anyone needing to sell their home.

Just want to say a big thank you to Madi for an outstanding job on selling our house. Our property was proving hard to sell as it had an unusual layout but the professional marketing and wonderful selling skills of Madi made it happen. I would absolutely recommend Madi Wills at Fixed price realty to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Madi is down to earth, hard working, and without a doubt the best value agent operating in the Sunshine Coast. If you are looking to sell and want an agent who you can really TRUST then I would highly recommend that you give Madi a call. You won’t be disappointed.

Madi was exceptionally professional from start to finish. Her advice on preparing the house for sale, marketing campaign, and pricing proved to be right on the money. You will not find a better agent on the Sunshine Coast!! We will be definitely involve Madi i our future projects, and strongly recommend her to our friends.

One of the reasons I chose Madi was because she charges a fixed rate. I don’t think anyone should have to pay 3% to an agent. Madi advertised my property on all major real estate online sources. She also utilised Facebook to get the sale advertisement out there to the wider community. I was very impressed with this. She had some very good strategies for advertising and I was very happy with the photography that was included in the advertisement. Madi kept me informed of all that was happening with the sale. She was supportive and informative right up to settlement. I would definitely use her again. Thank you Madi.

I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Madi. In all aspects of our recent house sale, Madi was exceptional. She was always on-time, professional and had completed the relevant research. If you are looking to sell your home or have the opportunity to buy a home that Madi is selling then I am sure you will get exceptional service.

We recently purchased a home in Buderim. We were moving from Victoria and relied heavily on Madi to help us with the purchase. She was always so helpful, approachable and extremely efficient with keeping us informed along the way. Any request from us for extra details on the house or purchase procedure was attended to promptly. Madi's friendly way makes you feel so relaxed but her attention to detail is very professional. Thank you Madi for helping make our transition to Queensland so pleasurable. Bill & Lyn

I recently purchased a property through Madi, and thanks to her kind and genuine nature the entire process was an absolute pleasure. Although ultimately she was working for the Seller, I found Madi to be extremely professional and helpful. She was consistently available to answer questions and always willing to assist in any way possible. She really went out of her way for me many times. I would highly recommend Madi as an agent and have every intention of working with Madi again when I purchase my next property!!
