From Day 1, Madi(and Simon) explained the whole process and made sure we knew what to expect. They explained their approach to our sale, and why. We were told what the market was doing, and how we would go about the advertising(which was amazing), open homes and everything. Always encouraging. We were kept informed every week about inquiries, possible buyers, they were always punctual and easy to reach, we always felt like we were moving forward!
