Great agent with fixed price

One of the reasons I chose Madi was because she charges a fixed rate. I don’t think anyone should have to pay 3% to an agent. Madi advertised my property on all major real estate online sources. She also utilised Facebook to get the sale advertisement out there to the wider community. I was very impressed with this. She had some very good strategies for advertising and I was very happy with the photography that was included in the advertisement. Madi kept me informed of all that was happening with the sale. She was supportive and informative right up to settlement. I would definitely use her again. Thank you Madi.
