Mal was always ready to answer any questions in a pleasant and professional manner. We are very pleased with the result.

Very friendly. Punctual & great communication!

Considering I haven’t received my money yet after a week due to mis read paperwork. Isn’t this feedback a bit premature???? My feedback is therefore poor.

We have been really happy with our sale campaign & outcome, Mal is professional & knows the kids property market well!

Mal was helpful and professional with our purchase

Our agent, Mal McInnes, was very responsive and supportive throughout the entire sales process.

Excellent process with online marketing and subsequent sale. Mal kept us informed throughout sales period which we appreciated.

Mal was professional, honest, realistic, proactive, knoweldgeable and very easy to talk to. He always kept us infomed during the entire process from the start to the finish. He always returned calls, emails and answered any queries that we had. There is no better agent then Mal. We are glad that Mal was there for us from the start, and nothing was too much trouble. When problems arose, he dealt with them quickly and promptly to an end resolution. Thank you Mal.

I thought it was a great experience with Mal. He helped me throughout the process and was very helpful and supportive

A few months ago I bought my “dream home in Rye “ , selling agent Mal made it possible in an impossible lockdown situation. Buying my new house was a pleasant experience due to Mal’s professional, friendly and very approchable manner. I would highly recommend Mal as an agent to my friends and family.

Being an agent myself, Mal’s honest, friendly and easy going attitude was refreshing. The transaction from start to end was seamless and would have no hesitation dealing with him again. Want to buy or sell on the Peninsula, see Mal.
