Malcolm helped us sell the house close to the price we wanted and made good comments on the modifications we need to do to the house to get the price we wanted. He feedback after the views he arranged and had done some good advertising material with great pictures. He was keen and trying hard. It took a while to sell the house as there were some things we had to complete like the fence but wonder if the expected price was appropriately indicated on the web site earlier last year, as it was this time, that the house could have been sold earlier, although the delay helped us as we did not want to move any earlier than we are doing now.
