Marcel's knowledge of the market in the Hilton and Fremantle surrounding areas is extensive. His advise was always spot on and following his lead made selling our home very easy. If you want an honest hard working agent working for you then don't go further than Marcel. He will keep you informed and provide constructive advice throughout the whole process and best of all he gets the job done. I highly recommend him to you.

I have worked with Marcel from both a buyer and sellers perspective. Marcel is very professional, knowledgeable, reliable and good communicator. Backed up by a highly reputable team, who I consider one of the WA’s leading agencies. I would be happy to engage Marcel to sell another property for me in the future and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Marcel is the agent for you!   Marcel has sold more than one property for us. We have always found him to be very professional in his approach. The marketing and strategy he suggested was excellent. He has an energy and enthusiasm about his work, which made it easy to fully trust him, knowing he was doing everything possible to fund us the best buyer. He was persistent, worked together with our managing agents and tenants. The offer he was able to obtain had strong conditions and he kept us informed all the way through to settlement. He was the only agent for the job and we would have absolutely no hesitations recommending you appoint him as your selling agent. If we ever need his services again, he’s the only one to call. Thank you once again Marcel! 10 out of 10!

Marcel was exceptional in all his dealings with us which resulted in securing a property with minimal effort. Marcel was excellent with communication and information which was essential to our purchase.

Marcel was very efficient, very knowledgable and outstanding in his approach in selling my property. In the future, if I have another property to sell, I would employ the services of Marcel. I was very happy with the outcome.

Great person to deal with.

Great, professional & most importantly honest agent. Easy to get along with and down to earth. By far the best in the business !

Marcel was very professional in his approach on how to sell our property. We couldn't have been happier. His knowledge and experience showed through the whole process when we first spoke with him and through the selling process. A very hard worker who kept us up to date. I highly recommend Marcel and have no issue in using him in the future.

From our very first email to property handover and everything in between, Marcel has been marvellous! Marcel is kind, considerate and very thoughtful. He has a great knowledge of the local area (Beaconsfield) and surrounding suburbs, which we really appreciated. Marcel is very professional and continually kept us up to date on how our offer was progressing. If he was ever unable to answer one of our queries, he always followed up promptly. With no hesitation, we highly recommend Marcel and One Residential to anyone looking to buy or sell their next property. Thank you Marcel and One Residential.

Marcel is a true professional, knowledgable and very experienced. Marcel provided plenty of updates in the sale of our home in Hammond Park and achieved well above the asking price. We couldn't recommend him highly enough!

If you are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Agent, I would highly recommend Marcel. Marcel was very knowledgeable on the the market trends in the suburb I was selling my investment property in and provided me with recommendations that would ensure a quick sale without compromising the sale price. He was quick to arrange high quality trades that completed some small enhancements at very competitive rates. He was committed to keeping me informed and his communication was flawless. He was proactive in attracting interested parties and successfully sold my property on the first home open. Thanks Marcel, I wish you much success in the future.
