Marcel is known to our family and I knew he was the agent who was on the same page, as me, on what I wanted the experience to be in selling. I sold my family home and wanted to try and make sure it was preserved and that perhaps another family would make the same wonderful memories I had there. He was on board with this from the beginning and was available, anytime I had questions, and even helped move furniture. I would highly recommend him and the team at One Residential.

Marcel was a pleasure to deal with through and through. He was always available for a chat and to answer any of our questions. He kept us in the loop and ended up getting us well above our asking price. I'll be using Marcel for all my future real estate needs.

Marcel was very diligent in helping us to present the property to maximise interest and attract the widest range of potential buyers. His attention to detail was a major stress relief for us, to focus our effort in what was a very busy time for our family. He is extraordinarily approachable and respectful which was noted by us as the seller and commented on by the buyers. We had a very quick turn around and Marcel did at amazing job at coordinating the various offers and getting them presented to us ASAP. Thank you Marcel!

From the beginning we felt so comfortable and in good hands. We were kept informed of the whole process and nothing was too difficult. Very professional and made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable. Thanks so much for everything, we had a great outcome and couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend! Thank you!

I can’t highly recommend Marcel he set out a plan to market and sell the property which we accepted and the results justified our trust in him we will definitely recommend him pleasure to do business with you

Marcel did a fantastic job in the purchase of a property. He has a calm and professional manner and was always proactive and available to answer all our questions. He continually kept us informed throughout the whole process. Very happy with our experience and would highly recommend Marcel.

Marcel was not what I would consider to be the primary agent for our suburb at the time. After a few appraisals from other agents however the decision was was an easy one. He was respectful of our home and honest when it came to his advice and recommendations. My wife and I had never sold a home before and Marcel's calm and knowledgeable demeanor set our minds at ease throughout the whole process. Closing the deal at more than our asking price was just icing on the cake. I would recommend Marcel and his team to anyone thinking of buying or selling and thank him for his efforts and professionalism

From home open right through to the purchase of my new property, Marcel was always on hand, a call away he had all the answers and was great to deal with. If needing an agent to sell or purchase your new property, then Marcel at One Residential is the man to call. 5 stars from me… Thanks Mate

Marcel worked with me on every step of the process keeping my updated the whole time which made the whole sale process a breeze

Marcel did a fantastic job of selling not one but two of our properties within a couple weeks of each other. He showed care and consideration for us as the sellers and to the new buyers. We would definitely recommend Marcel. Thank you for all your hard work.
