Marcus is a great agent to sell your house, he knows the ins and outs of your property and is able to tell the purchasers (myself) anything they ask. If the house doesn’t seem to fit your family, Marcus has the availablity to show other houses that may suit you better. Overall Marcus is a great agent and a good person to help during the settlement stage.

When I signed contract for sale that day he was very positive to sale over 530k. But when put it on market next day he told me market is slow now. May be we can’t get 530k. But still I will try. Anyway all over he did good job. I am happy with him.

After having many other agents come and give our house a market appraisal and just not being 100% satisfied with them, we almost decided not to sell our house. When Marcus came to do the appraisal on our house, he was both professional, personable and seemed more able to pick up the aspects of the house that we loved and that were selling points.
