From our first contact with Marcus we felt comfortable and there was no pressure or feeling of being rushed to make, what for us was a big decision. We were aware of his tactfulness when he and his associate left us alone after showing us through the property that we ended up purchasing. As we were the only ones at the open house it could have been very different if we felt we were unable to talk privately between ourselves. Our fifteen minute viewing turned into thirty minutes and we decided there and then to go ahead with the purchase. Marcus was very easy to work with. If there was anything I didn't understand it was no bother for him to explain. He was honest with his estimate of sale price and time it would take to sell my house. I would not hesitate to call on him again if I had another house to sell.
