We recently sold our family home of nine years from interstate. When we initially met with Marcus, he assured us that what we were doing that day was the hard part. We laughed at him - the house was still full of stuff that wasn't going to fit in our new house, not to mention the mess, marks and love that accumulates over time when you have kids. Between the 3rd to the 17th of Jan, despite most people being on holidays (including themselves!) Marcus and Vikki had painters through, a handyman to fix up the "love", the shower tiling re-grouted, the carpets cleaned, the house scrubbed from top to bottom, the garden tamed. Not to mention furniture staging and photography done! All the while keeping us up-to-date as to what had been organised and what was still left. All these things we were dreading having to organise from interstate, completed with simple confirmations from us via phone and email. The house looked amazing - so good we were tempted to buy it! Marcus was right - that had been the hardest part, and I can't thank him, Vikki and the rest of the team for their dedication, and phenominal effort in taking our home, treating it with respect and delivering on all their promises, including a price in the upper end of what they suggested.
