Marcus was very easy to work with. If there was anything I didn't understand it was no bother for him to explain. He was honest with his estimate of sale price and time it would take to sell my house. I would not hesitate to call on him again if I had another house to sell. Also, he will be the agent I will recommend to anyone I know selling their house in his area.
