Maria has impressed us greatly since day one when we inspected the property. Unlike agents in Mosman, there is no nonsense hype but just some solid facts about the property, for example, there is more than 1000 sq2 concrete built in the house, etc. Absolutely, for serious property purchasers like us, solid facts sound much louder than nonsense hypes. Then although we have a different view about the price, Maria is motivated to listen and then take notes, which is the starting point to make a deal. Then when we do due diligence one round after another, Maria is quite supportive of that, which leads to the final purchase of the property. On top of that, Maria even went to extra mile to sort out insurance for us since it is not easy and quick to insure a property at this valuation range. All in all, I am a happy purchaser and I expect to purchase more properties from Maria down the road.
