For those in the know, Maria consistently gets the best sales results and when it came to selling my property I was keen to have her as my agent. In short, Maria is great! She provided me with a lot of valuable advice on how to prepare my property, provided referrals for painters and stylists, what to expect from the process and where to realistically set my sights. Ultimately Maria makes it clear she's working in the best interests of the vendor, and in my case the result was outstanding! I really don't think anyone could have done any better.

We sold our apartment through Belle Property Annandale. We had met with several agents before deciding on Belle in part due to Maria's calm and considered manner. At all times during the inspection period and auction we could not fault Maria's advice. We would readily recommend Maria to prospective vendors.

We started talking with Maria a couple of years before we finally went market. Maria visited us numerous times and helped with many different aspects of the sale and preparation for sale. Maria dealt directly with painters, tradesmen and others on our behalf. We had a great communication and would use her again and recommend her to others.

Maria was happy to respond within an hour to a request for assistance to sell the apartment. She arrived on time, she listened, she answered all our questions, she gave appropriate historical sales information, she listened, she gave different scenarios, she gave a most importantly, appropriate time line, she listened, she gave many relevant contacts for work needing to be completed and most of all she listened to the needs of the vendors. MARIA worked so hard to help pull everything together within 3 weeks. The apartment was on the market for 3 days - SOLD!! day 4 - before auction for an amazing price, way above expectations. Such a privilege to have Maria Magrin as our Agent.

Maria is one of the most organised, diligent and professional people whom I have ever met. She is friendly and approachable, achieves outcomes that are spectacular and within a set timeframe and nothing seems to faze her. What more can I say??

I would definitely use Maria's services again. Sold our property prior to auction, professional and seamless process- we are very, very happy! Thanks Maria!!

We were very happy with Maria’s service, knowledge of the area and the product and her thorough communication

As I have not lived in Australia for many years, I trusted Maria to advise on making my apartment 'sale ready'. She advised on Painters and Stylists to ensure the apartment looked its absolute best. Maria worked out of standard opening times, showing the property later in the evening on several occasions, to ensure I achieved the best result. She even contacted me during a period of personal crisis to assure me that everything was under control. I highly recommend Maria as an agent, especially in the Inner West, where she has worked for many years.

Maria was great to deal with. She is very knowledgeable about the Camperdown area and the City Quarter apartments. Always prompt in following up and being at arranged meetings. Happy to recommend her services.

My experience of purchasing a property with Maria as the agent was exceptionally smooth. She is highly professional in her approach, and even though she was representing the interests of the vendor, she made me feel like she wanted me to benefit out of the process as well. She was also supportive of me as a first time home buyer in working out all the seemingly complicated steps that needed to be taken. Thank you Maria, it was a pleasure!

Maria is a very skilled and efficient agent who has a great knowledge and understanding of the market. She always puts in a lot of effort to reach the sale target. Highly recommended to everybody!!

Maria made our purchase very easy and she was always making sure she responds to us on the same day even if she's not at work, letting us know when she will get back to us. She did her best to provide as much information as possible and kept her promises during the campaign. Strongly recommend.
