We would have given 4.5 stars if possible. We sold the house while living elsewhere and Mario and the team project managed the sale and the pre-sale preparations for us very well. There were a couple of minor issues that they effectively resolved. The final sale price was slightly below what we were expecting but Mario managed to negotiate a compromise acceptable to both parties.

Mario recently Sold an investment property for us. From initial appraisal, presentation of Marketing Plan, property preparation through to execution of the Marketing Campaign Mario and his whole Team executed at a 10/10 in every way. The Auction result far exceeded our expectations and in many ways was a reminder of the quality of Mario’s advice and deep market knowledge. Mario’s whole team was a pleasure to deal with and very professionally led by Sarah Smith. We would, without hesitation recommend Mario and his Team to anyone looking for Professional, considered and effective advice that delivers results. 10/10 Michael & Dimi

Very happy with the service

Imagine our dismay when, on the very morning of our first open home, The Canberra Times front page headline screamed 'Leafy Suburbs Pruned’. After our Forrest house sold at auction three weeks later, the headline on All Homes could not have been more different, ‘Canberra Auctions that Defied the Downward Trend’, with ours as the first image. The single point of difference between our home and others for sale in this area of Canberra was Mario Sanfrancesco and his team at Peter Blackshaw Manuka. Mario’s contacts with potential buyers were prodigious, his advice encouraging - and spot on - and his efforts indefatigable throughout the pre-sale preparation of the house and his marketing. Team Sanfrancesco pulled off a remarkable result. We are grateful for everything they did and would recommend Mario unreservedly to anyone wanting to sell their home in the inner south, whatever the state of the market.

We had dealings with Mario, both as potential buyers and as vendors. When we were looking to buy any of the properties that Mario was the agent for, we found him to be professional, friendly, courteous and thorough at all times. When the time came for us to sell our home, we knew that Mario was the best agent for the job. Selling our home through Mario was seamless, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Mario to my friends and family.

Having viewed the property multiple times pre auction, every interaction with Mario was a pleasure and followed up on our every question. Thank you for your help with this sale.

Mario is the ultimate professional. He knows the market and through our interaction with him, you can tell that he does the best to bring vendor and buyer together. He has a calm and positive approach to his approach that as buyers, we found comforting. Mario especially knows the Yarralumla market inside and out. Couldn't be happier in our purchase.

Mario achieved a great result for us. Very happy indeed.

At our first meeting Mario explained the sale process thoroughly, then subsequently worked very hard to achieve a successful sale for us. We highly recommend him as an agent for others looking to sell. Thank you to Mario and his team.

Mario Sanfrancesco has been my agent for two sales and one purchase over the last five years and I value his advice and assistance and each time Mario has made the process run smoothly from listing through to settlement.

Mario was honest, discreet, helpful, kind and full of experience. We found his help invaluable. He communicated clearly and regularly. We sold on schedule and the whole process was very smooth.

Parting with our family house after becoming empty nesters was made easier through Mario's diligence and care. Mario and his team supported us every step of the way. Thanks for all your help!
