Very seldom will I ever rate any person or service 100 %, however in this case I rate both Mario and his team the highest possible score without hesitation. The sale of the house was difficult given the family situation, Mario handled all issues with respect and a level of professionalism which I would expect from someone with his level of experience in the industry. Mario and his offsider David did a great job in marketing the property and helping organise the logistics (photos, cleaning etc). We were very happy with the on-line marketing, especially the photos selected. They managed the open-house inspections very professionally. Mario's negotiating skills were especially evident of the day of the auction. We were pleased with the price obtained and the after sales service.
