Mario and his team were professional, efficient and very effective. I don’t think any other agent would have achieved such a great result. Mario, and his helpers Sarah and David, were a great pleasure to work with and I always felt safe and well cared for in their hands, even when selling at auction. Highly recommended!

Thanks Mario for your amazing effort selling our home. It was flawless and we genuinely appreciated your efforts especially when we were stressed. We also really appreciated the efforts of David and Sarah. Thanks again, James and Louise Rawlings

It was so lovely to deal with Mario and his assistant Sarah. They are very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Mario as an agent.

All went to plan - seamless, professional, punctual. Bit miffed they didn't come round to help us pack-up or clean toilets etc but possibly outside their duties. Seriously though, a great sales result for us as seller and we are told, for the buyer.

Mario and his team worked extremely hard on the sale of our home via auction and our house sold. We found them easy to work with, reliable and willing to assist us at all times. We appreciate the effort of all involved and recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

We were delighted with Mario’s efforts, communication and the whole team atmosphere. I believe, when selling, if you don’t have a team working for you, you’re doing it wrong. If you are considering selling, I would certainly recommend Team Sanfrancesco.

I contacted Mario following a recommendation by a trusted friend and after a failed attempt by another agent late last year to sell my property. Mario was consistently professional, practical, consistently helpful and ethical. These traits were also very evident in all members of the team working to Mario. He went beyond what one would expect of an agent - assisting with views and advice on the property I planned to purchase; and patience with my somewhat less than objective moments during the marketing process. My house has sold successfully and for a price that is very good indeed. My sincere thanks to Mario - and his team as a whole. A positive experience indeed.

Mario is most pleasant to work with. He offers clear advice, which I took, and the outcome was excellent. He is busy but has a very good team as backup.

Very happy with all the hard work Mario & his team provided whilst selling our property. From the first point of contact, to marketing, communication & professionalism, Mario was with us each step of the way.

Mario was able to achieve a very strong sale price for my property. A big point of difference is his ability to match the right buyers with the property. This has been achieved with is experience in the real estate industry coupled with his extensive database of clientele. His negotiation skills are second to none and always conducts his business activities with the upmost integrity & professionalism. A testimony to his success is his track record of listing many of Canberra's top properties & delivering top results.

In the duration of the auction campaign Mario was very helpful and friendly. He knew how much we loved the house and ultimately helped us be successful in auction day. Thanks again Mario and of course a big shoutout to Sarah, she was truly a pleasure to deal with and put up with all our questions!

Mario is an excellent communicator and kept us appraised of all aspects during the marketing and auction of our home. We were impressed with Mario's market knowledge and his friendly approach. We would definitely recommend him to other vendors.
