Mario felt like an old friend from the moment we met him and we felt confident selling our place through him. Every evening he would call me at the same time with a full run down of where we were at with the sale. He has so much knowledge and experience and I found him very down to earth and comforting to deal with in what was a very stressful time for us! Mario is the undisputed King of Kelvin Grove. We bought our property through Mario, rented it through him and then he sold it for us. Each time, we found the service at Place was outstanding.
