Right from the start Mark advised us on things to do and things to leave. When we were ready to sell he came around and because of his market knowledge we quickly came to an agreed selling price. He took great photos then and there and the house was listed the following day. We had offers straight away and Mark kept us up to date and advised us on the pros and cons of each potential buyer and their offers. The house was sold in 41 days, to a cash buyer, for the full asking price. We could not recommend Mark more highly, he certainly was the best man for the job.
