When we met up for our first inspection on a Saturday he mentioned how crazy busy Bairnsdale was that day, we were thinking what a lovely quiet town it was as we wandered around Saturday morning.. Makes us want to move down at break-neck speed, heck if that’s busy where on our way😎 Mark was extremely professional and friendly. There were a couple of thing we needed to ask the vendor and Mark followed up for us on each occasion and got back to us much quicker than expected. Mark was most helpful well before our final decision to list our property for sale. We sought his advice re the possibilities and his information and suggestions were very much appreciated. Once our decision was made Mark attended very quickly and had the ball rolling immediately. (One comment: It would have helped us a little to know when the property had been listed online before it actually appeared - I understand that the Friday evening timing was a little tight but we were taken aback early Saturday morning to receive an enquiry without knowing the property was listed. No harm or damage done, just a comment) The location and appeal of the property obviously aided the very quick sale but Mark's attention to detail and his close liaison with us made for a rather easy decision and then action on our behalf.
