We have bought and sold homes with Mark before, so when it came time to make the move, there was no question about who we wanted to work with. Mark gave helpful advice about the market conditions and rental prospects, accommodated timely and convenient access to the property for inspections, referred us to contractors as needed, and was a fast conduit of communication between vendor and purchaser. I found Mark on a site that gave results of what different agents in the area had achieved and I decided he would be the guy for me. Mark is fantastic to deal with. His knows his stuff and he knows people and he works at getting you what you want. He is not working for the buyer trying to get you to drop your price so there can be a sale which is what I experienced from another agent years earlier in the area. I needed a certain amount of money from the sale and Mark worked to get this for me. Whenever I had concerns Mark talked me through them and made me feel better. He has a great voice. I judge people by their voice. As this sale was long distance I needed some one I could ring that would reassure me when things looked grim. We had one buyer but it took me too long to get a few things organised so the sale fell through. I wasn't worried because the things Mark told me made sense and gave me some piece of mind. Before too long we had another buyer and this time we managed to get it across the finish line. I don't believe I could have got as good a result form any one else in the area. So, Thank You Mark, I appreciate all you did for me.

Mark makes selling or buying stress free, we have sold all of our properties with Mark and wouldn't ever use anyone else. He is easy going and doesn't pressure people which is very rare in his industry.
