There was just one hitch that prevented there being all gold stars. When signing the Contract of Sale I asked about the form to be signed and passed on to the purchaser to sign, enabling the full deposit to be handed over. There was a vague response, it wasn't done and Kevin and I had to return the next day with a copy we had and quietly insist to the person in the Blackburn office, that it be forwarded to Mark's office. We then had to wait 28 days. A little disappointing in an otherwise flawless procedure. Putting that aside well done on a quick result and our sincere thanks.
