From initial engagement to delivery, Mark was enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable with the locale, that he put us at ease when selling our house for the first time. We selected him on the basis that he sold us the house in the first place (so had success already from a vendor perspective) and after, when reading excellent reviews and analyzing his trophy cabinet of awards. The process was straight forward, everything was clearly communicated and his forecast was as close to actual, as can be. I thought mark's overall approach to the question of selling a house was excellent. He and I had several strategy meetings where we discussed private sale vs auction, program of inspections, marketing plan, auction strategy. Mark's work was thorough, inclusive and purposeful.
