We've encountered Mark plenty of times when looking for houses in the area (without actually purchasing a house through him) and found his knowledge and professionalism to be second to none, so when it came to selling our own house there was only one choice. We used the team of Mark and Robrt DiGiulio from Barry Plant in Doncaster and were very happy with the result of the sale of the property. Great expertise and knowledge

Mark has been great from the on set. Everything was clear and his market knowledge was exceptional. The overall campaign ran smoothly without hiccup and handled professionally. Mark stepped into a difficult situation to sell our uncle's house as part of his estate. He was extremely professional at all times, his communication was outstanding with weekly written, as well as verbal reports, and he then achieved an amazing result at auction, one that blew us away! From engagement, the Barry Plant team organised and ran everything through the 5-6 week sale campaign. We would like to highly recommend Mark Di Giulio from Barry Plant East Doncaster on the sale of our home. We found him to be of excellent character at all times, just really down to earth. From the early stages right up to signing on the dotted line, we felt we had picked the right team. We found Mark Di Giulio using one of the "find an agent" aps, and wanted someone with a good success rate in the particular pocket of Doncaster; as it is steep, on the freeway side of the hill, and was a wide block with a narrow frontage. A previous attempt to sell the property was a disaster. We spent a lot of money and the agent did nothing but complain about how difficult it was, and did very little in the way of prospects. What a contrast! From the outset Mark was prepared, informed and helpful. Mark and the team kept me updated with site inspections, viewing numbers and suggestions. They worked hard and didn't give up. The federal election and uncertainty in the market didn't help on Auction day; but Mark encouraged us to stay on the market, and got us a great result.
