Honestly, just save yourself the hassle and stress of selecting agents, and go with Mark and his team from the get go. Marketing was on budget, and generated enormous interest in the property well before the first home open. Communication was absolutely brilliant at every step of the process, and Mark has an entire team that stay in touch, and discuss every step of the process. We got FAR more then we expected, he was interested in the best price for us, not just a quick sale. Just use Mark.
