Super responsive; an irregularity occurred with another house we were trying to buy, and we needed to compress the selling timeframe to suit that and Mark rearranged things and had the house sold in about 24 hours! Honestly, just save yourself the hassle and stress of selecting agents, and go with Mark and his team from the get go. Marketing was on budget, and generated enormous interest in the property well before the first home open. Communication was absolutely brilliant at every step of the process, and Mark has an entire team that stay in touch, and discuss every step of the process. We got FAR more then we expected, he was interested in the best price for us, not just a quick sale. Just use Mark.

Mark and his whole Team went above and beyond with selling my property. Their use of social media like Facebook and Instagram is excellent. His videos are funny and engaging, which really helps your property to cut through and reach a wider audience. To highlight this, two videos that he posted of my property while it was on the market, received more than 120,000 views in a matter of days, which drove interest and lead to a very quick sale, well over asking price. I cannot recommend him enough.
The whole team at O'Neil were fantastic! Excellent communication throughout the whole process, very accommodating, extremely helpful with dealing with practical aspects such as measuring areas from new carpets and blinds.
