House sold!! Done and dusted. Settlement just went through today. Buying & Selling a house is stressful enough without being a sentimental basket case like me. Our family had outgrown our home but that didn’t make the decision to sell any easier. Mark was unbelievably awesome to deal with. He knows the market, was super organised, was always thinking a step ahead but more important than any of that he’s just a top guy. Let’s face it if you are selling you are going to spend a lot of time on the phone to your agent you may as well pick someone you like! Our top priority was a quick campaign and quick settlement. He actually listened and tailored the marketing based on our feedback. He got a bazillion people through the door then within 2 weeks he ran a silent pre auction round that got us the price we wanted and 10% deposit locked in no cooling off!!
