Mark was pro-active, always professional and regularly kept in touch with updates. He understood our position with regards to selling and did not try to undersell the property; in fact, within 2 weeks he came back with an offer that was well over our 'would sell at' price, He also liaised well between seller and buyer, unlike the agent for the vendor in our subsequent purchase -- Sean St Clair of Ray White Lower North Shore -- who was a real player and completely ignored our interests. As a buyer I found Mark to be an excellent agent.
