Mark has been far much better than any other agent I have dealt in the past. He was outstanding in communication which I consider extremely important - this covers from the time invested to explain the whole process, expectations, and potential scenarios. I was late on my first inspection! Mark waited diligently when requested to extend an extra 15 minutes which enabled me to browse the property quickly. I said I'll come back the next day for a closer look. I did! I have met a lot of agents before, however not all agents would do this, but Mark put an extra effort by phoning me an hour before the viewing to remind me. I thought that was very impressive, especially that I just met Mark for the first time the day before. In the future, I will use his expertise not just for selling my property, but to buy for me as well.
