Mark was fantastic from the start. When we were still deciding on agents, he came to our meetings and presented quite professionally, had a well thought out plan for our place and was able to answer my questions before I even had a chance to ask them. Once we had signed, he was fantastic in helping to get our place cleaned and organized, arranging various tradespeople which was a big help given I was away for some of that time. I believe his advice regarding the presentation of the property ultimately increased the sale price significantly from what it would have been had we not taken his advice. On the auction day he was fantastic, you could see he was in his element, he did a great job! I'm very glad we chose Mark. I'd have no hesitation recommending him to friends or family and we would certainly use him again!
Mark was really helpful after we bought the property by assisting us access the property despite difficulties with the vendor. He was always available and very pleasant to deal with.

We were recommended to use Mark and his team at Hockingstuart Caulfield and they did not disappoint. Mark helped us successfully sell our property for a price we don't believe other agents would have been able to achieve. Despite the fact we were living overseas at the time, he kept in contact and was always happy to take and return our calls regardless of the time zone difference. We have since returned to Australia and have attended quite a few auctions and open inspections and each time we leave saying the agents representing the properties were no where near as professional and informative as Mark. We would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking to sell their property.
