Mark Konishi was fantastic and sold me property without any hassles !!
Mark Konishi was a pleasure to deal with. From the moment we walked into the property, nothing was too much trouble. He met me there again to do some measuring up and was incredibly patient as we worked our way through. Thank you Mark
Mark has been supportive, informative and flexible, from providing me an inspection time, handling my offer to purchase, and throughout the buying process. He has made the process smooth and enjoyable.
It was a pleasure to work with Mark Konishi during my recent property purchase. Mark worked hard to make the whole process as stress free and easy as possible, and both the vendor and myself were very happy with the outcome. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark to anyone buying or selling property.
Working with Mark Konishi to prepare and bring our property to market was a pleasure from beginning to end. He brings to the process enthusiasm, expertise and efficiency to everything that needs to be done. His communication is effective and clear. He is always available and responsive. His skills as an auctioneer were apparent on the day and as vendors we were happy with the final result. We will be happy to ask Mark Konishi if we sell another property and have no hesitation in recommending his services.
Mark is a great agent who looked after me and got me the price I wanted
5 stars to Mark ! It has been a pleasure to deal with Mark Konishi and his team. I have recently purchased a one bedroom investment apartment in South Yarra. Mark was extremely helpful guiding me through the purchase. Mark is very straightforward, efficient and honest. Look forward to doing more business with Mark Konishi and his team.
Mark has been fantastic to deal with. Very professional, yet easy going. Everything has been clear and straightforward.
It was great dealing with Mark, I had several bad experiences in the past and as result, I did not want to enter the real estate market anymore. Mark has been very useful, from inspection to sale, and hopefully will also be able to provide some after-care whilst I move in the property. I will be happy to do business with Mark in the future.
It was such a seamless experience, having put off selling the apartment for quite some time, I found it easy and stress free. Mark met with us and talked through options that would benefit the campaign, although provide realistic options and gave all the information and guidance to give us the tools to make the best decision.
