Mark Konishi from Belle Property, was our agent in selling our townhouse recently in South Yarra. We gave him the price we wanted and he got almost the exact amount. He was also extremely helpful in providing us with contacts for Cleaners and Stylists, gave good advice on what should be done to make the property look its best and worked with us closely, providing great feedback all the way through the process. I would recommend Mark to all my friends with great confidence.

We have both brought and sold through Mark and on both occasions found him to be very honest and striaght forward to deal with, and fair to both sides of the transaction. I wish we could say that about the other 40 or so real estate agents that we have dealt with over the last 30 years. Mark Konishi is a stand out.

Mark Konishi exceeded my expectations on many fronts. His availability and response times to queries raised was excellent. The three vendors were not the easiest to deal with and Mark orchestrated the feedback from all vendors with aplomb beyond his years. The icing on the cake was Mark's follow-up post purchase and his tremendous efforts to assist me locate suitable sub-contractors (four were recommended and used) to carry-out works on the property in a timely manner. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark as an agent in whom trust and confidence can comfortably be placed (unlike some others in the Toorak area with whom I have dealt).

Deliveries on his assessment on the real estate market, an achiever.

Mark and Emily's communication throughout the campaign was excellent, Mark made sure to contact me after each inspection and update me on the feedback being received from the market. I was unsure of the potential outcome given we went into covid stage 3 lock downs halfway through the campaign and ultimately moved from a live auction to an online auction. Mark committed significant time to undertaking one-on-one inspections. I was nervous with the online auction platform, however it was very user friendly and the team ensured all bidders understood how to use the platform. The and the actual auction was a smooth process, which Mark managed to remain engaging and create a competitive auction. At the end of the day, Marks local market knowledge and buyer base was key to securing a great result, above expectation in these unprecedented times. No hesitation in recommending Mark and the team.

Mark is a trustworthy and professional realestate agent who managed the entire sales process for my property with a high level of professionalism keeping me in the know right from the get go to final sale. I am looking forward to working with Mark on future real estate acquisitions and sales. thanks mark and well done.

Found Mark to be very professional . Keeps you well informed throughout the campaign and seeks to achieve your preferred outcome.

Mark demonstrated he is very professional and knows the market and the audience he pitches to. He remained committed to selling our property despite the unprecedented and depressed market we were in.

It's clear Mark knows the market inside out and has excellent rapport with vendors and buyers. He touched base regularly and was very hands-on throughout the whole process, giving sound advice and making sure he did everything within his power to get the best outcome for me as a vendor. It's clear Mark is passionate about what he does and his extensive experience in the South Yarra area is testament to this. I appreciated his work ethic and energy very much - thank you Mark!

Mark was very approachable, honest and pleasant to deal with throughout the whole purchase process. He was always responsive and happy to go the extra mile to assist us with the questions we had. We will definitely look to him for any future Real Estate needs. Thanks for all your awesome help!

Very straight forward process from start to finish with a great outcome - Mark kept me updated electronically as well as verbally - and property sold before auction above price set.

Mark is the consummate professional who helped me from the very start of the sales process (which also included assisting me in transitioning out a potentially troublesome tenant who could have set back the auction) right through to the auction and post auction negotiations with the new buyer. While I was going through a very busy work schedule with little time to organise painters, cleaners, stylists, and solicitors, Mark was able to organise this on my behalf which took the pressure off. His calm, firm, yet relaxed and personable approach combined with persistence and discussing the auction strategy were key elements why I chose him.
