Mark and Emily's communication throughout the campaign was excellent, Mark made sure to contact me after each inspection and update me on the feedback being received from the market. I was unsure of the potential outcome given we went into covid stage 3 lock downs halfway through the campaign and ultimately moved from a live auction to an online auction. Mark committed significant time to undertaking one-on-one inspections.
