Great Communication

I met Mark at a property inspection around Oct 2024. I'd mentioned as part of buying a property I'd need to sell my apartment. I didn't wind up buying the property we met at, but we did organise for him to sell the apartment when the time came. Mark very graciously offered to check properties my partner and I were looking into, to make sure the prices were within reason, and even helped us in negotiation. What convinced me to sign on was I liked the cut of his jib and, I'm aware this sounds insane, he and his offsider William were the only estate agents we spoke to our cat didn't hiss at. When the time came to sell the apartment, Mark called upon his array of contacts to help get our apartment in ship-shape for sale. It saved my partner and I having to vet contractors, and the ones we met could not speak highly enough of Mark. Mark, and his wonderful team, kept my partner and I up to date with the comings and goings of the apartment, and got us to the figure we hoped for. I want to make a special shout out to Jas and Meg. He knows his stuff, and he has a gift for negotiation.
