Mark was very thorough through the pre and post buying process. He was able to organise a private viewing to start with and then had many options for open viewings before the auction. Provided tips in person and on their website for the auction and has been thorough in making sure pre settlement arrangements and repairs before settlement date are organised.

Thanks for the review Rebecca you did a great job at the auction, glad our tips the day prior helped you secure the home, you sure had some competition with 9 registered bidders, so at least you know you secured a very sought-after property. It was nice to be able to get you settled in earlier via the occupation licence, I notice very few agents are very active in facilitating such things and I bet you are going to find it a huge benefit as we go into the Xmas break period, a perfect time to make the move and get all settled before you have actually hand over the settlement funds.
