Thank you for the opportunity to write a review of Mark Loftus who is your agent in Malanda. I have known Mark for quite some time and I was delighted when my sale was assigned to him. I knew I could trust him and I was proved right. He looked after me in every way by making the sale appear easy and the consequent purchase of another property a happy possibility. It only took a week from the purchase of my old property to finding and settling on a new one. The fact that this all took place over the year's end holiday period did not delay my re-settlement so it was an added bonus.

Mark was very professional, has a great knowledge of the real estate sector and I am very happy with my purchase.

Mark showed us around various rural properties in the Malanda/Yungaburra area that we had requested to see and one or two extras he thought might suit us. He negotiated our purchase and was professional, courteous, timely with his correspondence and a pleasure to deal with. His negotiating was patient, showed no bias toward ourselves the purchasers or the vendors, which would make me more than happy to either sell or buy from Mark in the future. Mark Loftus was the sole agent I chose to sell my property. I found him to be extremely personable and easy to communicate with.
